Aisi Hai Tanhai follows Pakeeza (Sonya Hussain), a young woman whose faith in romance collides with the ruthless permanence of the digital world. Desperate to prove her love to Hamza (Sami Khan), she shares private images without imagining how quickly trust can turn into exposure. When those images escape their intended context, Pakeeza becomes the target of gossip, shame and judgment, while the consequences seep into the marriage of her elder sister Kinza (Nadia Khan) and shake their family. Under Mohsin Ali's writing, the drama widens an intimate betrayal into a sharp look at cyber abuse, victim blaming and the unequal standards placed on women.
