About Baaghi

Baaghi follows Fauzia Batool (Saba Qamar), a fiercely ambitious young woman from a poor village who refuses to accept the narrow life mapped out for her. An early marriage to Abid (Ali Kazmi) promises escape but becomes another cage, pushing Fauzia toward the city, modelling, and the volatile world of online fame. As she remakes herself as Kanwal Baloch, attention becomes both livelihood and battleground: strangers judge her, opportunists circle, and the family she supports struggles with the woman she chooses to be. Osman Khalid Butt brings warmth as Sheheryar, while Sarmad Khoosat, Irfan Khoosat, Khalid Malik, and Saba Faisal fill out a world torn between affection, dependence, and moral policing. Loosely inspired by Qandeel Baloch, Shazia Khan and Umera Ahmed's drama turns a sensational public image into the intimate story of a working-class woman hungry for dignity, agency, and a future on her own terms.
