In a world where a woman's mistake becomes a family sentence, Aiman (Saheefa Jabbar Khattak) is a university student cherished by her father yet hemmed in by conservative expectations. She falls for Awais (Affan Waheed), a wealthy, headstrong classmate, and their youthful choices set off consequences neither family is willing to forgive. Awais's controlling mother Asma (Uzma Gillani), Aiman's conservative brother Rashid (Kashif Mehmood), and his wife Shabana (Nadia Afghan) turn love into a test of reputation and obedience.

Years later, the fallout reaches Ayesha (Saboor Aly), whose identity is judged through her parents' past. As university life draws Ayesha toward Imran (Hassan Hayat Khan), Bhool widens its lens from one romance to a cycle of shame passed between generations. Ali Moeen's drama is a bruising look at how private choices become public verdicts, anchored by women forced to carry consequences long after everyone else has moved on.
