Dil e Jaanam turns a childhood engagement into a four-way emotional collision. Eshal (Hina Altaf) has grown up believing she will marry her cousin Shavez (Zahid Ahmed), never realizing that the promise binding their families no longer binds his heart. Shavez has spent years pursuing his assured, career-minded business partner Asma (Zhalay Sarhadi), while Eshal's loyal friend Haris (Imran Ashraf) quietly wants a future she cannot imagine with him. As both families begin preparing for the wedding they think is inevitable, unspoken choices threaten an old relationship and force each character to decide whether love is a duty, a claim, or a freely made commitment. Seema Ghazal's family drama places romantic longing inside a crowded household where parents, cousins, and confidants all have a stake in the outcome.
