Ishq Parast follows Dua (Armeena Rana Khan), a spirited young woman whose romantic ideals leave no room for compromise. She believes she has found her perfect love in Hamza (Ahmed Ali Akbar), an intense young man shaped by the fractures of his parents' marriage. Dua's father, Saif Mushtaq (Waseem Abbas), refuses to accept the match, while her mother, Khadija (Saba Faisal), stands with him. Family pressure redirects Dua's life toward the steady, protective Zohaib (Syed Jibran), but the past does not stay outside the door.
