Dr. Rabail (Ayeza Khan) has built a life of quiet purpose after being orphaned and raised by her aunt and uncle alongside cousins Nishaal and Umair. Her steady world tilts when Umair reveals feelings she cannot return. Elsewhere, carefree Zain (Imran Abbas), a man dazzled by appearances, falls for fiery Nishaal (Areeba Habib). A borrowed name and a family-arranged proposal turn that attraction into a devastating misunderstanding: Zain agrees to marry Rabail believing she is the woman who caught his eye. As pride, secrecy, and unspoken desire tighten around both households, Rabail finds herself carrying the cost of choices made by everyone around her.
