About Meray Mohsin

Meray Mohsin places love on opposite sides of a sharp class divide. Soha (Rabab Hashim) is modern, educated and raised in comfort; Mohsin (Syed Jibran) is the dutiful sole provider for a household that relies on every choice he makes. Their affection may be sincere, but marriage pulls Soha into an unfamiliar domestic world where money, loyalty and family expectations press against romance. Mohsin must find room for a partner without abandoning his mother and sisters, while Soha has to prove that choosing him means more than one grand sacrifice.

Written by Nadia Akhtar, the serial treats its central relationship as a test of adjustment rather than a fairy-tale escape. Saba Hameed, Jinaan Hussain, Mariyam Nafees and Nazish Jahangir populate the family circle around them, turning private promises into a crowded negotiation over belonging, respect and responsibility. It is a classic household melodrama with a compelling emotional hook: can love bridge two lives built on entirely different rules?

Rabab Hashim gives Soha a welcome streak of resolve, and her class-crossing romance with Syed Jibran works best when love collides with the unglamorous arithmetic of family duty. Our one gripe? The rich-girl, struggling-household divide is familiar territory, so the domestic pressure sometimes feels more inevitable than surprising. Still, Nadia Akhtar finds a sturdy emotional question inside that setup: what does devotion cost when everyone depends on you? We came for the romance and stayed for the negotiation.
