About Milkiyat

After losing her parents, Soha (Saniya Shamshad) grows up under her grandfather's care and builds a modest, hopeful life with her loving husband, Rafay (Haroon Shahid). A sudden accident shatters that security, leaving her to face grief, family pressures, and an uncertain future. Across town, wealthy businessman Zaviyar (Mohsin Abbas Haider) hides emotional scars beneath an arrogant, tightly controlled exterior. Betrayed in love and wary of attachment, he carries guilt over a past decision that links him to Soha's tragedy. His efforts to help her family begin as an attempt to quiet his conscience, but proximity turns obligation into feeling. Written by Erum Wasi and Saima Wasi, Milkiyat places romance inside a story of loss, remorse, and the uneasy power imbalance between privilege and vulnerability. The central question is not simply whether Zaviyar can win Soha's trust, but whether care born from guilt can become honest love without asking her to surrender her dignity.
