In a neighbourhood ruled by family reputation, Aslam (Sheheryar Munawar), the youngest son in a rigid household, falls for Rakshi (Maya Ali), a sheltered young woman who measures love against duty to her father. Their families' bitter hostility turns a tender first romance into a test of loyalty, especially under Aslam's controlling elder brother Akram (Hassan Sheheryar Yasin) and the weight of decisions made on Rakshi's behalf. Around them, the women of both homes reveal the wider cost of that pride: Aslam's sister Zainab (Uzma Hassan) lives with choices imposed upon her, while Rakshi's stepmother Nargis (Rabia Butt) challenges the neighbourhood's easy judgments. Written by Faiza Iftikhar, Pehli Si Muhabbat wraps its love story in questions about consent, family honour, and a woman's right to shape her own life.
