Phir Wohi Mohabbat begins with one reckless act that fractures an already tense household. After Ashar (Shamoon Abbasi) causes a devastating accident, the family's trusted servant Raffiq (Saleem Mairaj) retaliates by abducting Ashar's young daughter, Alishba. Fifteen years later, Alishba (Hania Aamir), raised under another name and unaware of her past, returns to Karachi and unknowingly enters the home of her birth family.
