About Radd

Radd follows Emaan (Hiba Bukhari), an educated, fiercely responsible young woman building a career while helping support her family. Her future appears settled when she is matched with Zain (Arsalan Naseer), a successful professional working abroad, but family schemes and wounded pride turn a straightforward relationship into a bruising test of trust. Running alongside their story is Salaar (Sheheryar Munawar), an heir to privilege who lives with startling emotional and financial deprivation under the control of his stepfamily. As misunderstandings pull Emaan, Zain and Salaar into the same orbit, writer Sanam Mehdi Zaryab explores how family power, insecurity and buried trauma can distort love. Ahmed Bhatti's direction gives the triangle an intimate, character-first pulse, while Emaan's self-possession and Salaar's vulnerability reverse the usual rescue dynamic. It is a romantic drama with plenty of domestic intrigue, but its strongest hook is watching these characters discover what dignity and care might look like on their own terms.

Still, Radd has more heart than its melodrama can smother. Come for the triangle, stay for Salaar's aching silences.
