About Shayad

Shayad follows Saad (Uzair Jaswal), a young man whose love for Umm-e-Hani (Sadia Khan) has grown quietly inside the family home they share. Orphaned early, Hani longs for the security and maturity she never had, while she still sees Saad as impulsive, boyish and too young to build a future around. When the influential Salaar (Noman Ijaz) appears to offer the steadiness she wants, her practical choice pulls her toward a far more troubling reality.

Written by Faiza Iftikhar, this romance is less interested in a simple triangle than in the distance between affection and emotional readiness. Saad must reckon with what devotion means beyond youthful intensity, and Hani must navigate the fears that make safety look like love.
