About Tanhaiyaan
After sisters Zara (Shehnaz Sheikh) and Saniya (Marina Khan) lose their parents in a car accident, their father's debts force them to sell the Lahore home that held their happiest memories. They move to Karachi with their warm-hearted aunt Aani (Badar Khalil), but Zara turns grief into a fierce promise: she will build a successful business and buy the house back. Her drive draws help from loyal childhood friend Zain (Asif Raza Mir), even as ambition begins to put distance between Zara and the people trying to reach her. Saniya meets upheaval with mischief, especially in her gloriously odd exchanges with the formal Qutubuddin, better known as Qabacha (Behroze Sabzwari). Written by Haseena Moin, Tanhaiyaan lets loss, romance and comedy live under one roof. Its real treasure is the sisters' bond, tested by responsibility and held together by the question of what makes a house a home.
