About Tum Yaad Aaye

Zaini (Sehar Afzal) has built her small world around college, books, and the careful protection of her stepfather Yousuf (Nadeem Baig) and stepbrother. Sensitive, sheltered, and hungry for answers, she knows little of the relatives and truths her mother Mehtab (Sania Saeed) has kept at a distance. A chance encounter with that unknown branch of the family pulls her into a search for belonging, and into a complicated tangle of affection where Ahmer (Muneeb Butt) and the principled Sherry (Agha Ali) force her to question what love really asks of her.

Written by Naila Ansari and directed by Aabis Raza, Tum Yaad Aaye treats romance as part of a larger family reckoning. Its emotional hook is not simply who Zaini chooses, but whether she can claim an adult life beyond overprotection, buried history, and other people's definitions of duty. The result is a relationship drama about education, independence, truth, and the difficult work of recognizing sincere love before it arrives too late.
