About Yahya
In a bustling household shaped by old expectations, Yahya (Khushhal Khan) is the cherished only son among four sisters. His parents' devotion has made him the family's center of gravity, but it has also sharpened resentments, especially as each sibling wrestles with dreams that have been delayed or dismissed. Yahya wants room to pursue cricket, build a future on his own terms, and enjoy the freedoms of an ordinary young man. Instead, duty keeps pulling him back toward his parents and sisters.
Next door, Mili (Madiha Imam) is everything his home life is not: outspoken, lively, and refreshingly certain about her affection for him. Her warmth offers Yahya a glimpse of a less guarded life, yet choosing his own happiness could unsettle the fragile balance around him. With Marina Khan, Behroze Sabzwari, and Zara Tareen anchoring the family, Yahya turns a tender romance into a spirited look at favoritism, sacrifice, and the price of being everyone's golden child.
Editor’s Take
Madiha Imam's bright, direct Mili and Khushhal Khan's quietly cornered Yahya give the familiar golden-son setup a pulse. We love how cricket, career pressure, and sibling resentment crowd the frame without smothering the romance. Our one gripe? The family's only-son mythology arrives with few surprises. Still, at eight episodes, the story has no time to lounge about. This is warm, nimble family drama with a welcome Gen Z heartbeat.
