The Story Behind Aa Tenu Moj Karawan
Aa Tenu Moj Karawan is the dance number ARY Films sent out ahead of Love Guru, the Eid ul Azha romantic comedy Nadeem Baig directed from a Vasay Chaudhry script, with Humayun Saeed and Mahira Khan in the lead. It arrived on 20 May 2025, a little over two weeks before the film reached cinemas on 6 June, and it was built as a collision of two Punjabi worlds. Arif Lohar, the folk singer, carries the title phrase in that chest-deep, festival-hardened voice of his, while Roach Killa supplies the hip hop production and shares the composing and writing credits, with Deep Jandu and Fiza Ali completing the billing.
It did exactly what a promo single is for. Clips of Saeed and Khan dancing to it during the film's promotional appearances circulated widely, and Love Guru went on to take an estimated 80 crore rupees at the box office.
