Faasle arrived in the second episode of Coke Studio Season 10 in 2017, pairing the Karachi band Kaavish with the singer Quratulain Balouch. It was composed, written, and music directed by Kaavish's frontman Jaffer Zaidi, and produced by Strings, the pop duo who oversaw Coke Studio from its seventh through eleventh seasons. Built as a slow, piano-led ballad, the song traces the ache of unrequited love.
