Bol arrived in 2017 as part of Coke Studio Season 10, with Shafqat Amanat Ali interpreting Faiz Ahmed Faiz's celebrated nazm. Strings produced and directed the session, Shani Arshad led its musical direction, and the rendition draws on Arshad Mehmood's original composition. The performance builds as a restrained ballad, using Sajid Ali's flute and Amir Azhar's mandolin to sharpen the poem's emotional pull before the vocal rises into a fuller climax. Guest players Ali Maaz Zafar on bass and Joshua Keyth Benjamin on keyboards round out the texture, while Rachel Viccaji, Shahab Hussain, and Natasha Khan provide backing vocals.
