About Baddua

Baddua follows Abeer (Amar Khan), an ambitious young woman who treats attention as both currency and sport. She is drawn to Junaid (Muneeb Butt), a charming manipulator every bit as careless with other people's feelings as she is. Their attraction turns dangerous when Junaid meets Abeer's sensible friend Neelum (Maryam Noor), falls for her, and becomes engaged without realizing the connection between the two women. Unable to accept losing him, Abeer begins planting doubts and pulling emotional strings, setting friendship, family loyalty, and romance against her hunger to live on her own terms. Mohsin (Mohsin Abbas), an old-fashioned admirer whose devotion Abeer rejects, adds another volatile edge to the knot. Around them, both households become unwilling witnesses to choices that keep widening the damage. Written by Sameena Aijaz and directed by Ramish Rizvi, the serial builds its drama from two magnetic but deeply unreliable leads, asking how far ambition can bend a relationship before every promise starts to look like a trap.
