About Bhagam Bhag
Bhagam Bhag turns a family marriage wish into a brisk romantic comedy. Maya (Hareem Farooq) believes she is ready to marry the man she loves, but her formidable grandfather (Javed Sheikh) has a final demand: his granddaughter must marry a doctor. That wish pulls her into the orbit of Shahmir (Agha Ali), a veterinarian whose own family is equally eager to see him settled. A chance encounter, a runaway plan, a rescue, and one spectacular misunderstanding send Maya and Shahmir racing through a chain of comic complications before either can decide what they truly want. Directed by Kashif Saleem from Misbah Ali Syed's script, the telefilm leans into noisy family interference, mistaken identities, and reluctant-romance sparks. Nausheen Shah, Hassan Ahmed, and Fazila Kazi add to the crowded household energy. It is a bright Eid watch for anyone who likes matchmaking chaos served with playful banter and two leads who can turn an argument into a flirtation.
Editor’s Take
Hareem Farooq and Agha Ali make the bickering feel like foreplay, and their light, sparky chemistry gives this matchmaking farce its pulse. We also love how Javed Sheikh's stern grandfather and the supporting cast keep the household chaos bubbling. Our one gripe? The volume sometimes rises faster than the jokes, and a few comic beats push too hard. Still, the brisk pace and sharp Maya-Shahmir banter make Bhagam Bhag an easy, cheerful Eid watch.
