About Dil Tera Hogaya
Some families fight over property. This one fights over everything. Dil Tera Hogaya unfolds inside a gloriously overcrowded joint household where two sisters-in-law, Fahmida and Zubaida, have turned petty one-upmanship into a full-time sport. Caught in the crossfire are their children, Anas (Feroze Khan) and Roma (Zara Noor Abbas), cousins raised to treat each other as the enemy across the courtyard. Naturally, the more these two are pushed to squabble, the harder they fall, and a war of pranks and pointed insults starts to look suspiciously like love. As the elders scheme and the misunderstandings pile up, the young pair must decide whether old family grudges are worth more than the feelings they keep pretending not to have. Written by rom-com queen Saima Akram Chaudhry, this is a loud, warm, festival-ready comedy about the thin line between rivalry and romance.

There's real joy in watching Feroze Khan and Zara Noor Abbas spar: they bicker with the timing of two people clearly having a blast, and Saima Akram Chaudhry packs the house with the nosy, scheming relatives every desi viewer recognises instantly. It's warm, loud, festive fun. The catch is that you've seen this exact warring-joint-family farce a hundred Eids running, and the romance never quite outshines the chaos. Comfort food, reheated nicely.
