Dusri Biwi turns a seemingly settled marriage into a pressure cooker. Hassan (Fahad Mustafa) shares a comfortable home with his devoted wife Aisha (Hareem Farooq) and their young daughter, but his bond with colleague Farah (Maha Warsi) crosses a line neither woman can ignore. When love leads him into a second marriage, Aisha and Farah find themselves tied to the same man and locked in a bruising contest for affection, security, and respect.
