About Ehraam-e-Junoon

Shanzay (Neelam Muneer) is a wealthy, headstrong heiress used to getting whatever she wants, and the moment she lays eyes on Shani (Imran Abbas) she decides she wants him. Shani is a sharp MBA graduate scraping by as a pizza delivery rider, and when Shanzay engineers a job for him at her father's company, a door opens that neither of them can quite close. The catch is that Shani is already married to Sajeela (Nimra Khan), the woman he loves, but the pull of wealth, status, and a willing heiress proves dangerously hard to resist. As infatuation curdles into obsession, ambition begins to poison every relationship it touches. Subtle it is not. Ehraam-e-Junoon runs on pure, full-volume melodrama, where the makeup, the music stings, and the expressions are all cranked a notch past believable. And honestly? That is the fun. Imran Abbas and Neelam Muneer commit completely, their chemistry carries it, and the title's promised obsession delivers plenty of deliciously unhinged moments. Our gripe is a saggy back stretch before the finale snaps back to life. Big, loud, guilty-pleasure television.
