About Kasak

Kasak follows Faryal (Iqra Aziz), a warm, spirited young woman who believes her future is already mapped out with her cousin Junaid. Family pressure sends her life in a harsher direction when she is married to Daniyal (Junaid Khan), a guarded, serious man whose temperament could not be further from her own. The new marriage brings an immediate shock: Daniyal has a young son, Shamakh (Falak Shahzad), from his first marriage, and his reasons for choosing Faryal are painfully practical. What begins as a mismatch between two strangers becomes a tense domestic story about expectations, responsibility, and the difficult work of building trust when neither partner entered the relationship freely. With Javed Sheikh, Seemi Pasha, Aisha Toor, Salman Saeed, and Khalid Malik anchoring the family world around them, Kasak turns an arranged union into a test of whether Faryal can protect her sense of self while finding a place in a home shaped by old hurt.
