About Naraz

Naraz follows Azlan Ahmed (Faysal Qureshi), a successful brokerage owner whose appetite for risk sends his business and luxurious life into collapse. Forced to sell his home and accept work under others, he must also reckon with dependence on the parents of his wife, Fariha (Sara Khan), an indignity his pride refuses to absorb. Fariha is patient but no pushover, holding the family together as Azlan's anger and bruised ego spill into their marriage and unsettle their young son, Azar. Complicating the crisis is Ayesha (Javeria Abbasi), Azlan's loyal employee and friend, whose devotion carries an emotional charge of its own. Written by Mohsin Ali, the drama turns financial ruin into an intimate test of marriage, masculinity, and the difference between providing for a family and controlling it. Its appeal lies in watching a man who understands markets better than himself face the cost of insisting on life entirely on his own terms.

Their fresh pairing carries the drama, and Najaf Bilgirami's short, unfussy scenes let the domestic pressure build without glossy distraction. Our one gripe? Ayesha's familiar other-woman shading risks making a sharp study of male ego feel more conventional than it needs to. Still, this is compelling television with a protagonist worth arguing with.
