About Paristan

Paristan drops us into a bustling Ramadan household where daydreams, family squabbles and several tangled romances share the same dinner table. Pernia, better known as Pari (Aymen Saleem), is an orphan living with her penny-pinching aunt Haseena and kind cousin Ujala. Her imagination turns an ordinary, financially constrained life into something brighter, even as the people around her keep pulling her back to earth. Next door is Arsam (Arslan Naseer), a guarded young man carrying grief and responsibility after a family tragedy. Their paths cross within a lively neighborhood packed with meddling relatives, loyal friends and would-be couples, including Pari's comic confidant Kamali. Written by Samra Bukhari, the serial mixes romance with broad family comedy while keeping love and friendship at its center. The fun lies in watching Pari's fairy-tale instincts collide with Arsam's seriousness, and in seeing whether this chaotic household can make room for the happy endings everyone is chasing.

Editor’s Take

We came for Aymen Saleem and Arslan Naseer's easy spark, but Mira Sethi and Taimoor Salahuddin nearly steal the whole feast with comedy that feels wonderfully unbuttoned. The 31-episode ensemble is warm, colorful and genuinely bingeable, though its crowded web of couples sometimes nudges Pari and Arsam's romance out of focus. Still, Paristan understands the Ramadan sitcom assignment: give us a noisy household, tender hearts and enough mischief to make one more episode irresistible.
