About Rasm-e-Duniya

Two brothers, one girl, and a family that never recovers. Rasm-e-Duniya sets Harib (Sami Khan) and Faris (Bilal Abbas Khan) against each other over Haya (Armeena Khan), the girl Faris loves and who loves him back. Harib wants her anyway, and he forces the marriage that turns a household into a battlefield of distance and quiet grievance. Running underneath it is an older wound: Musarat (Samina Peerzada) and Tabrez (Javed Sheikh) were in love once, their story went nowhere, and the bitterness Musarat has carried since is looking for somewhere to land. Writer Imran Nazir builds the show out of betrayal, rebound attachment and possessive affection rather than outright villainy, so the damage feels domestic instead of theatrical. Directed by Roomi Insha for ARY Digital, it asks what the world's customs cost the people who keep obeying them.
