Rishta Pakka turns the familiar marriage-proposal ritual into a lively Eid comedy about who gets to make the rules. A self-assured matchmaker, Havi (Abdur Rehman Sajid), arrives armed with his catchy promise that every proposal can be sealed, only to meet an outspoken young woman (Fatima Amjad) who refuses to let girls be assessed over a single high-tea visit. Their opposing instincts pull them into a family gathering where expectations are already running high and a supposedly confirmed match begins to unravel. As relatives, misunderstandings and surprising turns crowd the room, the pair's sparring exposes the absurd pressure packed into a simple rishta. Written by Younus Butt and directed by Abdullah Abid Malik, the telefilm builds its conflict from a recognisable social custom while keeping the mood light, festive and comic. Ali Raza, Saqib Sameer, Dania Enwer and Zahir Lehri round out the ensemble as both families chase certainty in a situation that grows less predictable by the minute.
