Farhan Saeed and Iqra Aziz still spark best when Arsal and Jiya turn domestic friction into rapid-fire comedy, but Nadia Afgan's volcanic Punjabi one-liners and the sprawling ensemble often steal the room. We love the wedding-house bustle and the refreshed OST; our gripe is the season's repetitive quarrels and regressive tug-of-war over Jiya's education. It is messier and less fresh than season one, yet as post-iftar comfort viewing, this family circus remains dangerously easy to binge.
