About Waada

Waada begins with a promise that looks unbreakable. Sumaira (Shaista Lodhi) is the steady heart of an affluent household, devoted to her husband, daughter and extended family. Shahab (Faisal Qureshi), a prosperous businessman, appears equally committed, assuring her that he will stand beside her through every turn. Their comfortable world shifts when Jaana (Saboor Ali), a housemaid with dreams of marrying into wealth, enters the family's orbit and begins testing the boundaries of loyalty. As ambition, manipulation and divided affections seep into the home, Sumaira is forced to confront how fragile trust can become when one person refuses to honor it. Written by Samina Ejaz, the serial builds its domestic conflict around marriage, class and the promises people make when life is easy. It is a turbulent family drama for viewers drawn to emotionally charged relationships and a heroine trying to protect both her dignity and the people she loves.
