Woh Aik Pal begins with Arish (Feroze Khan) and Hina (Ramsha Khan), close friends whose bond is already edging into love. Elsewhere, Unaiza (Ayesha Khan) enjoys a settled family life with her husband, Ehsan (Alyy Khan), and their young child. A sudden accident collapses the distance between these lives and leaves Arish carrying a debt of guilt he cannot put down.
