Sitam is the title theme for HUM TV's 2021 serial of the same name, released with the drama's premiere on 17 May. Amanat Ali sings the three-minute track, with music direction by Naveed Nashad and words by Mubashir Hassan. Its emotional world closely follows the serial's central romantic conflict, in which Shayan's choices leave Feriha and Aashi confronting betrayal, duty, and an unsettled past.
