About Meem Se Mohabbat

Roshi (Dananeer Mobeen) is a bright, daydreaming young woman from a well-off family, forever falling short of the high-achieving sister she is measured against and chafing under a mother who has already decided her future. Talha (Ahad Raza Mir) is her opposite in every way: a reserved, grief-worn single father still carrying the loss of his wife, his whole world narrowed to his small son Mohid, a boy who has forgotten how to be happy. When fate unexpectedly binds Roshi's life to theirs, her stubborn warmth begins to thaw a household frozen by sorrow, even as old wounds and family expectations push back. Written by Farhat Ishtiaq and directed by Ali Hassan for HUM TV, Meem Se Mohabbat is a tender romantic drama about serendipity, second chances, and the quiet, stubborn way love finds its way into the most guarded hearts.

Ahad Raza Mir does career-best work here as a father hollowed out by grief, and Dananeer Mobeen, miles past her viral-clip fame, matches him with a warmth that feels wholly unforced. The slow defrosting of his haunted little household is genuinely moving, and Asim Azhar's OST Baat aches in all the right places. Our gripe? The machinery is familiar: brooding widower, sunny girl who fixes him, an accidental marriage, and healing that arrives a shade too neatly. Trope-built, but big-hearted and beautifully played.
