About Suno Chanda

Arsal (Farhan Saeed) and Jiya (Iqra Aziz) are cousins who have already signed the nikah, bound together by a marriage their elders arranged and adore. There is just one problem: the two of them cannot stand each other, and behind the family's back they are quietly plotting to wreck the match before the rukhsati ever happens. As a loud, loving, endlessly meddling joint family bustles toward the big wedding through the warm rhythm of Ramadan, sehri, iftar, and a hundred small conspiracies, Arsal and Jiya keep sabotaging, scheming, and squabbling, only to find the line between irritation and affection getting blurrier by the day. Before every channel had a Ramadan rom-com, there was this one, and it still does it best. Iqra Aziz is a riot as Jiya, all eye-rolls and schemes, in the breakout that won her Best Actress, and her warfare with Farhan Saeed's Arsal set the gold standard for bickering-cousins chemistry. Our gripe? It's essentially one gag, two people sabotaging a wedding everyone else wants, stretched across a month of nightly episodes, so the middle spins its wheels. The blueprint, and still the benchmark.
